Design College Visit To The British Museum

On Tuesday 25th of March the Design and Technology College visited the British Museum. When we arrived we had lunch, after we got split into 5 groups. 3 groups had a chance to look around the museum the two remaining groups were toured around the building by two architects. The two architects are called David Chalinor and Micheal Oliff. Micheal Oliff is the main architect for our new school. The groups swapped so everyone got a chance to get toured around the building by the architects. The architects told us a great deal of information about the building and the roof. We then had to fill out a sheet of paper with questions like “Why was this building designed? , “What do you dislike and like?, and draw something you can see. Then we got on the coach back to the school.
